A Nice Use by Ivan - February 2020 Scholarship Essay

As my soccer days have come to an end because I want to pursue a further education at a bigger school than continue playing at a small school, I could continue playing by creating a non profit soccer camp. I would take time out of my days to gather the local kids and teach them skills that I've learned growing up. I've always been a fan of kids and soccer so there's no better way to put it than involving both and helping out the kids by creating a soccer camp.
This would benefit mostly the kids as they are the ones playing and learning and in the future they could do the same. It benefits me as well because I get to continue playing a sport I enjoy. The few investments I would make would be to snacks, balls and water, not much.
There are soccer camps everywhere but come with an expensive entry fee. In my camp that fee would be non existent. These camps may have pro soccer players helping out but I also got connections to great players and coaches who could come out to help run the camp too. The benefits from this camp would be many as the involvement of exercise,community,and experiences bring in a great environment for a soccer camp.
