The greatest benefits of college degrees are many. But in specific, some are better than others, for example, when you have a degree in a field that you love, you will by proxy love your job. This promotes a healthier work environment because you actually want to go to work every day. Additionally, many colleges require general education credits, which broadens student's view on the world by letting them see from new perspectives. These new views can help them resolve disputes in a work scenario because they are able to view the other persons' argument. College degrees also show employers that you are a dedicated and loyal person, as not many people can pass through college and graduate. This increases the odds of you being hired by said employer due to their rt for your degree or school. It is integral to society that we have colleges they make people better and treat others well, as well as developing a work ethic. College is hard, and to pass you have to develop a strong work ethic, and people have to adjust their lives around school, then work when they graduate.
