The importance of education cannot even be as greatly expressed as it should be. Education should be promoted or available all over the world. The benefits of it are phenomenal. Education creates better job opportunities and gives us the ability to help in various ways.

Without education, good job opportunities are not high. Today, most jobs want at least a high school diploma. However, more and more employers prefer a person who has went to college. Also, someone who has a degree will get picked over someone who does not. Without a college education one will receive a low paying job and have to work their way up to decent pay if possible. If a person went to college the amount of possible job choices are endless.

Education allows us to gain knowledge required to help. For example, a person without an education could not or should not be a doctor. Who would trust a person to operate on them if they did not even know basic anatomy? Education allows there to be people who can be trusted to save lives and not further endanger people. Education gives us everything we need to aid someone. A police officer is required to go through training before he can help. Also, pharmacists without an education would give out the wrong medications that could potentially be fatal.

Education is critical to society. Without it we would not have great job opportunities or people to make us better and increase our life span. Education’s importance needs to be portrayed more so people will try to go past high school and into college.
