One Advance In Technology That Will Be Important In 2038 by Hailey - February 2018 Scholarship Essay

I strongly believe that technology fulfills a spot in our lives today, that we simply can not and will not get rid of. Technology has been a part of our everyday lives since the 1800's. It has continued to make any sort of business easier and more efficient for everyone. But which one of the advancements has made the biggest impact on us?
It is to my best understanding, that the advancement of the computer, has truly made an impact on our everyday lives. Today, there are very few careers that go without having a computer system as part of their job requirements. The computer has given us the World Wide Web, social media, different applications that we use for jobs, and a whole variety of accomplishments.
In my eyes, it is the computer that has brought us to this point in technology. It has given us the opportunity to accomplish difficult tasks, that we may or may not have been able to do on just paper. It gives us joy, it allows our young people to learn. It gives them websites where they can start their education earlier, so that they may have a well-rounded future. It also gives adults a chance to go back to school if they wish. There is an assortment of online colleges that people can attend. But computers do not just give us an education. They also allow us to do everyday tasks. Such as bills, taxes, rent payments, and even online shopping.
This is the one advancement in technology that will most definitely be around for our future years. It is one of the most important advancements that was created. We simply can not go without it anymore, it is something we now rely on. It is involved in our everyday world. If it was ever lost, then the human society would not know how to cope, even if it were just for a day.
