10 Years by Grant - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

In 10 years, I see myself owning my own house, and having a couple kids who are really young. I don't know exactly what Job I will have, or where I will be, but I hope that it is something I enjoy while also making a good amount of money. I have thought about a couple different career paths, such as the post office, or being an electrical line worker. Whatever line of work I choose, I want it to pay well and I also hope to have hours that work with my personality. I think my education will help me because I will probably end up worker a blue collar type of job, and not only does my schooling help me to save money and learn how to invest, but my experience outside of school helps a lot with how to have a good work ethic and how to use tools in the blue collar field. I also see myself driving a cheap car that I will not have a payment on. Once I have a good amount of money I see myself possibly upgrading cars but until then I am fine with having a cheaper car with no payment.
