Then, some books are meant to change your life. The book that changed my life in 2020 is “The Complete Guide to Money” written by Dave Ramsey.

This book offers valuable financial advice to succeed with personal finances. I chose to read this book because financial education in America is far from robust. I decided to take it upon myself to learn the skills needed to succeed with my money in the future. I did myself a huge favor by reading this book at a young age.

“The Complete Guide to Money” taught me how to budget, how to avoid debt, how to manage insurance, and even how to buy a home. These are the skills that young people desperately need to start learning in America. By reading this book I am a step ahead of my peers when it comes to financial literacy. I will utilize the knowledge I gained from this book for the rest of my life. When a book is able to make an impact on your entire life, it was definitely a book worth reading.
