Choosing an elective can be difficult for some and easy for others. For me it was hard choosing one, but at the end of the day I chose creative writing. Creative writing has taught me so much. I know some don't like to write, but this class can help students make stories of their own. We all have a creative side. In this class I was able to create my own story with my own imagination. Not only did I write stories, I also wrote poems. We learned about the different types of writings. This can really help students for future assignments in classes they actually need to graduate.
After this class I had a better understanding on what writing was. This class has really inspired me, because of this class I want to someday write a short story. Maybe later on even write a book. This class can inspire others. Creative writing has showed me that the books and poems we read are one of a kind. It can be very difficult to write novels, but there’s many people who do it and who do a great job. These authors have great imaginations making them creative and making their works ordinary. Creativity is something we all have, some of us just need a little push to be inspired. This class can do that, it can expire many students.
