A Whole 10 Years by Faith - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

After going through my high school years, I have changed so much. Even four years ago I thought I would be completely different from the person I am today. So when asked “where I will see myself in 10 years?”, I begin to wonder how different I will become after these next crucial years of my life. Hopefully, I will continue to further my education by graduating from Ohio State University and getting my degree to obtain my dream job. I have already been accepted into OSU and I plan on staying dedicated to my grades and extracurriculars as I move on to become an adult. In ten years, having followed my current plan, I hope to be living in my hometown and working at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Lima. Additionally, I would love to continue my schooling and potentially get my doctorate in orthopedics and maybe grow my degree into becoming a full fledged doctor. I believe that all of these goals are possible due to my time in high school. While reaching for my high school diploma, I have always been dedicated and determined to achieve my goals for my future. I will continue to push myself to use my education that I have gained in high school throughout my life as I plan on going to college and working with St. Ritas.
