Ridgeview Tour Guides Advice by evan - March 2019 Scholarship Essay

If I were to be appointed as a tour guide at my school for the incoming freshman class I wouldn't just give them one piece of advice I would give them multiple. I would do this because there are so many things about the school that I would need to tell them before they attend my school and experience it without warning. And don't get me wrong there are many great things about my school that I would tell them about too it's not just all flaws. The first thing that advise them about is to always bring a coat because the heating system in this school works sometimes and then at other times it freezing cold.
Next, I would tell them to learn the room numbers otherwise they might not be able to find where they are going because all of the hallways look nearly exactly the same. But even though the school has those annoying details there are also many good things. I would tell them that our school is one of the nicest most accepting schools out there-there isn't any bullying no matter what race or problems you might have. Also, the school is full of great teachers who will help you with whatever you need even if it is their lunch time or open period. Finally, even though there are flaws that come with my school the good things that it has far outweigh those negatives. I would tell this to the incoming students in detail making sure that they know just how great my school really is.
