The two qualities that a person needs in the work it's have a life with organization and determination to do the things, these two qualities are very important to have a good life without pressure, and a easy way to make things and have good opportunities in the career.

A person who has organization can easy handle works with a lot of dates, paper. projects, and works, but that who doesn't has organization is complicate to him or she try to handle all the work when, this it's a lot and doesn't remember the dates or other things.

A person who has determination has a goal to accomplish to finish a work and do the best way that him can does, and without give up any moment it doesn't matter how or how much time take or how much works has him or her.

These are the two qualities than a person needs to do his or her best in the life, work, or study, of course,it isn't easy to a person to be more determinate or organize, but with some time him or her can gather the enough experience to change his or her ways to do the work to a better form.
