Academia Goals for the Upcoming Year by Emily - August 2022 Scholarship Essay

My upcoming goals for the academic year are to get all A's, improve my mental health, and start some hobbies. I believe that these motivations can impact my academic goals for this upcoming school year.

I am a perfectionist. This entails that I am hardworking, dedicated, and reliable. Due to all of these characteristics, I usually get all A's and I wish to continue that this school year. Furthermore, I am in AP and honors classes. This just proves how academically successful I am.

I also wish to improve my mental health. You always can improve your character and who you are. That's just part of growing as a person and I wish to grow healthily. Growing healthily can impact my academia, and for the good.

Additionally, this school year I would like to start some hobbies like going to a chess and mathematics group. I feel like that would be fun and alleviate some stress. This can impact my academia by helping me with mathematics.

All of these reasons highlight my academic goals for the upcoming school year. These reasons are hobbies related to academia, improved mental health, and getting all A's. This can greatly help and impact my future.
