#future by Emily - April 2018 Scholarship Essay

Education means many different things to me. One main thing that means a lot to me through education is a future. I think my education hashtag, therefore, is #future. Education helps make a pathway for the future. It paves a path all the way to college and to being employed. Having a good education not only teaches you new concepts, it helps get into high school, college, the business world, and more. I think everyone needs to be educated so they have hopes and plans for the future. Without an education we would not be fortunate enough to have a future that looks promising. I chose this hashtag because sometimes when school is tough I look at what my life would look like if I just stopped going to school. When thinking about this I do not see a good future. Therefore I stay in school because I then look at what my life would be like with education. I see a good and promising future after all my years of education. All in all everyone I believe everyone needs a good education in order to make a path towards a good and promising future. We do not know what the future holds, but with education we have a somewhat hope that it will be good.
