"Tomorrow is a Mystery" by Dianna - December 2015 Scholarship Essay

Ten years from now, I see myself running and owning my own business. The business I dream of having is a toy store for kids. A few things that would make my business special are: Gently used toys will be accepted for donation, Value of donated toys will be donated to a non-profit business within my community, I plan to have both new and used toys in the store, and last but not least, Once a month kids workshop at a discounted or free rate. My passion has always to offer my best to children.

The education I receive will benefit me very much and my vision by educating me on building my path to that goal. I will learn about how to operate, conserve, balance, communicate, plan and evaluate my business among many other benefits and opportunities I will have while in school. I value my education and time in college. I am determined to reach my goal. This educational opportunity I have is beyond amazing. As the first in my family to go to college, I know that I will always try my best. Also, as a mother of three, I am seen as an inspiration and I encourage my children to do their best with an “I can” attitude. Thank you.
