Reaching out their hands they hope to do good, to change the world and change the way people think. Each person grows up with the hope and idea of changing the world to make a difference in their short years on earth. However, the ones that are truly remarkable are the few that succeed. The success of those come from several qualities, such as determination, empathy, understanding, and love. If I was given a say in the winner of the Nobel Prize, I would be looking mainly for the recipient to possess the qualities of love and determination.
Love is one of the strongest qualities a person can possess. It drives people to do the above and beyond, to serve others and find empathy within themselves. One can love towards many many things, whether it’s people, family, animal, plants, themselves. All just as important, for in order to love others people must love themselves first. In all the little parts of life that are loved the person becomes stronger and more whole. It is love that causes us to reach out and help the needy, the love of humankind and of peace. It is our love for the planet and earth that causes us to take care of our plants and the world around us. The love of being alive that pushes people to be the best they can. The stronger love shines through someone, the weaker their hatred is; the weaker the hate the better. Hate is the enemy of humankind, and love is our superhero.
To achieve the goals of a lifetime, people must have extreme determination. The determination to see the best in people, to see an end to suffering, and to see a better world evolve. To change the world, there needs to be a determination to succeed and not give up. Determination allows people to keep going, and make the change they wish to see. With such persistence no matter how many times they may fall, they will get back up and try again, which is necessary to be successful.
To win the Nobel Prize, it is important for the recipient to be determined to see a change in the world, and loving enough to care. The love in their hearts allow them to act and consider the people around them, while the determination allows success in their endeavours.
