There are so many books that high school student should read before they graduate. There are so many captivating stories, with enthralling story lines, beautiful characters and a wonderful world to go to. Although one book that everyone, especially high school students, should read, is the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling. These seven books captured my attention when I was just a little girl, when my grandmother used to read them to me. They were filled with magic, friendship, humor and love, and that took me to a place where I felt at home. This book changed my life, and as I grew up continued changing my life. I met so many people, made new friends and gained many memories from these books about a boy named Harry Potter.

This brilliantly worded book should be read by all high school students because it will give them so many new experiences in their lives. They will be captivated, like many, by the words on the pages. They will experience the emotional side of the book, as they read about friendship, love, death, life, anger, hate, sadness, and joy. They will learn a good many things from this book, that they will be able to take with them for the rest of their lives. High school student will get to travel to a whole new world, experience new adventures, meet new people and make new friends. Harry Potter has done so much for the world, and the people in it. It has been read by so many, and loved by a myriad of people. High school students would benefit from reading this book, before they go out into the real world. They will be able to carry this story with them for the rest of their lives.
