When I get to college, I plan to major in business administration, with a focus on real estate. I’ve always been fascinated by the dynamics of the real estate market and the role it plays in shaping communities and economies. From a young age, I’ve had an interest in understanding how property values fluctuate, how cities develop, and the intricate processes behind buying, selling, and managing real estate.

The decision to choose business administration as my major stems from my desire to build a career where I can not only be successful but also make a positive impact. Real estate offers the opportunity to engage with people, analyze market trends, and work on projects that directly contribute to the growth and development of neighborhoods and cities. I’m drawn to the idea of helping individuals and families find homes, as well as working on larger projects that contribute to urban planning and development.

Business administration provides a strong foundation for the real estate industry, teaching me the essential skills of financial management, negotiation, and strategic planning. I know that having a solid grasp of business fundamentals will not only help me succeed in real estate but also equip me with the tools to create long-term value and opportunities for others.

Additionally, the flexibility of a business degree will allow me to explore other areas, such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and management, as I further shape my career path. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to using my education to make a lasting impact in the world of real estate and beyond.
