Humanity's innate ability to unremittingly seek the improvement of our daily lives is its defining characteristic as a species. Since its birth, the complexity of the human mind has allowed inquiry to become thoughtful and thorough investigation, to the point of discovery and invention. Even up until recently, we see this being practiced with the introduction of virtual reality, currently being monopolized by the gaming industry.
Soon enough, around the year 2038, I confidently believe virtual reality will become a mundane integration into the modern education system. Universities dispersed throughout the entire globe will use this technology to implement much more efficient practices for their students pursuing a vigorously acquired degree. By 2038, virtual reality will be stunningly uncanny to the real world, simulating actual procedures students will be required to do when in the field.
Unknowing of the future ahead of us, many things remain a mystery; but, it's almost certain that the technological creation of virtual reality will proceed the implementation of tablets and laptops in the education system currently being done. A plethora of majors will gladly offer this resource to their students as a cheaper and more effective form of practice, possibly reducing residency and or internship periods many are required or strongly encouraged to undergo. Virtual reality was introduced as a toy to many; however, it may be evolved into a tool that can destroy barriers set before us.
