In life, everywhere you go, everywhere you look, there will always be someone watching, someone supporting, and someone just being there to support. In life, even in the workforce, school life, home life, any type of life, there will be a leader. There are even leaders in the political group. Like a president, a mayor, a vice president, or someone in the White House.

What is the definition of a leader? A leader is someone; a person, who leads or commands a group, organization, or group. But that isn't always the case. You don't have to lead a group or run a certain type of organization to be a leader, there are little things that you can do to be a leader, more as just classifying as one. For starters, leaders are everywhere. At school, work, and in any force. You can be a leader, by showing good characteristics, sportmanship, respectfulness, and being a good person in general.

If you don't show good characteristics, you're not a leader. In almost all of the things you do, you have to have a good personality, and if you don't show none of it, then someone is not going to want you to be a leader.

For example, a strong characteristic, for being a leader could be is determination. What is determination? Determination is "having a strong feeling that you are going to do something". You will not let anyone or anything stop you. Why I think it is determination, because you have to be determined to show a difference, determined to make a change for the greater good. You need to be willing to be the 1st person, a great leader. You need to show and set a good example for whether it is for a young person, or a elder. Determination, and respectfullness.

In conclusion, there are many characteristics for being a leader, and there is no set trait for being a leader, but you have to have a good personality. It will help you out a lot. You are still a good person no matter what, but determination is a important one to make a change.
