My dream Job by Daisy - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

Ten years from now, I see myself working as a forensic agent, helping to solve crimes by investigating evidence and uncovering the truth for families who need an answer. I want to be a part of a team that investigates cases, collects forensic evidence, and ensures that justice is served for the families and victims. Whether it is working for a police department, a federal agency, I know my education will play a big role in helping me get to my dream job.

My education will give me the knowledge and skills I need to succeed in forensics. In high school, I am developing important skills in science by taking the forensic class that my school offers. I am gaining knowledge every day, blood, genetics, and basic information about forensics. Besides academics, my education will also help gain hands-on experience. I hope to participate in internships or training programs where I can learn from forensic experts to help build my knowledge and hopefully give me a higher chance to get my dream job.

In ten years, I see myself making a difference by using science, analyzing evidence, and learning how to do a proper investigation to solve crimes. My education will give me the foundation I need to achieve my goals, from understanding forensic techniques in my forensic class, to learning how to work in a team.
