Every day I think about preparing myself for the future. I ask myself 'What did I do today to help me get into college and continue my education?' My main goal is to obviously be happy in life. Within this happiness, I would want to own my own Interior Design business. I would love to be involved with flipping houses, helping people create a home where they love spending their time and I love the fact that I can be creative in my own ways.
By getting to this job, I have decided to attend Southeast Missouri State University where I hope to be getting my general education classes out of the way over the summer and to study Interior Design while I'm there. I have already met with multiple professors there, which helped me decide the path that I'm wanting to take and how I'm going to get there.
I have always dreamed of doing something with designing due to my creativity and love for art. Art has always been a class in which I look forward to. I love how I am able to walk into someone's house and I can imagine what I would do if I was able to change it and design it differently.
I am hoping to shadow a few people within the next couple months to get a grasp about what a day in the life of a designer would be. After, I am visiting Southeast Missouri State University to get my classes together for my freshman year.
I always have dreamed of creating my own Interior Design company and being able to show off my sense of compassion and creativeness towards many homes.
