Social studies is the subject that has sparked my intellectual curiosity and passion for learning. I am deeply invested in history and current events that affect society today. This area of study, along with my passion for business, has influenced my academic pursuits and shaped my educational goals for the future. It has motivated me to strive for excellence in everything I do and has cultivated a competitive spirit within my academic endeavors.
Politics, in particular, has been a significant influence on my curiosity. Current events, such as the tariffs that President Donald Trump has placed on neighboring countries like Canada and Mexico, have sparked many debates and discussions in my household and at school. These tariffs have significant implications for international trade and relations. I find it fascinating to analyze the potential economic and political outcomes. Additionally, the ongoing rebel wars in Africa and their potential effects on America highlight the interconnectedness of global politics and the importance of understanding international affairs.
My interest in social studies extends beyond current events to include historical moments that have shaped America. The study of Black history, the Civil War, and the persistent divisions within our country have deeply impacted my understanding of American society. Despite numerous attempts to restore unity, there always seems to be an event or issue that divides us. I believe that true unity and peace in America will only be achieved when we have a leader who focuses on the future rather than dwelling on the past. We need to prioritize what is best for America and its people, striving for unity and progress rather than being blinded by entitlement and division.
This fascination with social studies and politics has driven me to excel academically and pursue higher education. By combining my interests in these areas, I aim to make a significant impact on society and achieve my dream of leading a successful business. My unique political and religious views, shaped by my studies and debates, have given me a distinct perspective on the world. I believe that by addressing issues like greed and selfishness, we can create a better future for America and the world. As president, I would strive to expand and improve America, always considering what is best for my country and its people.
