  The best book I ever read was probably Percy Jackson and the Lighting Thief. I like how the book mention several of the gods and goddesses. I like how they had Percy have a hate for his Step-Dad but a love for his mom and how he is like a orphan. Also I liked how Percy did everything he could do to get back his mom.  I like how they mention several gods like Poseidon, Zeus, Medusa, and others. How Percy had to fight Medusa without looking into her eyes. Since legend said how if men look into her eyes they'll turn into stone. Also how Percy had to fight Hydra too and if he cuts a head of Hydra he grows another one. There was also Hades how he is the lord of the Underworld.   I like how Percy had a hate relation for his Step-Dad but not for his mom. How he always wanted to know who was his dad, like how orphans wanted know who their real family were. I think orphans can relate to Percy in a way.   I like how Percy did everything he could do to get back his mother from Hades. I think everyone can relate to this cause if someone stole something or someone you love you would do anything to get them back. Even if it takes a long task and many trials to get that someone back. I think everyone can relate to this book.
