Myself in 10 years. by Chris - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

I don't fully know where I see myself in 10 years but my ideal future would have a job in some sort of business or financial aspect which pays well and is also fun. The way my education would help with this is by doing 2 years of Palm Beach state college so I get cheaper education then transferring either to FSU or FGCU for their good finance/business programs and hopefully get a good job and hopefully get lucky at landing it which can set me up for my future. The reason this is so important to me is because I have always loved numbers since I was a little kid and so did my dad and it's always been a dream to me or an idealization to just work with numbers,business, and finance which won't really make it seem like a job but more as a hobby and something I'd have fun with and be able to do without thinking its just a job and actually have fun at doing It. The reason for this is because I've always been told to do something you love rather than something that pays better and youll tend to be more happy and it makes the jobs easier if it's something you are passionate about.
