Taking customer relations management (CRM) software classes should be a required course for all students. Learning about CRM software like Salesforce will prepare students to effectively use technology to professionally communicate with the public. 21st Century professionals will be able to efficiently perform database management. Lastly, using software for communication, marketing, and data will lead to more employable 21st-century professionals.

CRM software is a tool that companies use to build relationships with the public through communication. Professionals can easily track all communication that is sent to the public to improve outreach. Teaching students this way to communicate will allow them to be prepared for 21st Century careers. Students will be exposed to this communication software, which will ignite a curiosity to advance professional communication.

As a result of living in this 21st Century world, professionals must be research and data-driven to keep up with this changing society. Preparing students to use CRM software to efficiently manage data and conduct research studies will equip students with a needed skill for 21st Century careers. CRM software-trained students will be the key for companies to stay connected and advance with the community.

If CRM software training is required for all students, then this will save companies time and money on training these students when they are ready for the workforce.
