Happiness, the simple word that can change someone’s whole entire life. The one word that can dictate a good day from a bad day. In ten years from now I aspire to live with happiness all throughout my day.
When we take a look at the big picture of life, it is truly complex and confusing. People go to work everyday and at the end of it all they are worn out and sometimes even frustrated with their job. I don’t want to be one of those people. I want to be someone who goes to work and absolutely loves what they do. In college I am going to study communication disorders. The reason for this is that I want to make a difference in other people’s lives. Through a career in Speech-Language Pathology I know that I can do so. This will lead me on a path of happiness.
I don’t want to have to worry about what it to come in the future. Living day by day is what I feel everyone should do. If people are paying too much attention to the future they are going to miss the important little things that revolve around them in everyday situations.
What we do today can very well effect our future in ten years from now. So the question is where do I see myself in ten years. If anything, I hope it is happy and making a difference in people’s lives.
