Education to me is something that leads to your career. What you go to college for leads to how you spend the rest of your life. You don’t want your job to be something non enjoyable. I would want my job to be something I enjoy, so it doesn’t even feel like a job.You want to have a good job so you can have enough money to support yourself. Also, to me having an education and a good job is important because I want to make my family proud.
Also another meaning to education for me is a way to learn to think for yourself. If you do not have an education it is hard to think for yourself. With little education it is very easy to be influenced by others. Having no education makes you easier to control. With an education you can do things on your own. When you are educated you are able to think for yourself and form your own opinions. It allows you to grow and develop as a person.
Finally an education helps better society. It improves health beliefs which make people healthier. It betters technology which makes things easier. It stimulates economic growth through innovation, productivity, and human capital. It also helps us to make better decisions for our future.
