The soft skill that I believe has the biggest impact on a successful education is communication. I feel like it's the biggest one because it not only helps improve relationships, helps you understand better, but it also helps you have positive interactions with others. Communication is a powerful tool in education because it helps you grow more as a person and a student. That’s why I believe communication has the biggest impact in education.

The relationships you have will improve. Communicating can sometimes be scary but once you open up it will be so much easier to connect with others. It can help you get connections with people higher than you like. If you want to be a doctor you can have a connection with someone that is in the field and help you take the right classes for you to become a doctor. It will help them to understand you better and know the thing you love and hate. It can also help your parents understand you better as a person and know you better.

Communication can help you understand better in many ways. For example, communication with your teacher will help you understand better what they are teaching. It will also help your teacher understand the things that you need help with and if you are in any problem they can help you with it. Teachers would also understand if you have family problems and aren’t getting any work done. Once you communicate with the people around you like teachers and other students you will understand everything better and it will help you get a better grade as well as making new friends will be easy.

Lastly, communication can make you have positive interactions with others. You can find people with the same interests as you and will have that positive interaction with them. You react in a positive way because you both have things in common that you like and enjoy talking about so that creates a positive friendship almost all the time. This will help you grow as a person and have an open mind. You just have to find the right people for you to connect with and communicate with.

In conclusion, I believe that communication is the most important soft skill that there is for education because it helps you improve you, understand better, and have positive interactions with others. I feel like these 3 things help you grow as a person and make you a better person. It will help you be a better person and a better student. This is why I think communication is the key to education and a better understanding in learning.
