Having a passion for education can have a lot of different meanings, but I believe having a passion for education means being driven to learn new things even if the content is difficult. It means reaching out to those who can help you understand the topic more thoroughly. It means hard work and dedication for the grades. It means always being open-minded to other possible solutions. It means helping others understand when they are struggling. It means sharing the passion of learning with others, bouncing ideas off of one another.
My career goal is to be a preschool teacher. I would love to watch young children learn and grow so much in such a small period of time. By being a preschool teacher I’ll be given the opportunity to observe how the many learning styles can affect a child’s ability to learn. It will also give me the opportunity to develop more patience. I will be able to help children understand how to count numbers, make shapes, learn simple colors, as well as write and read small words. I have a passion for education. Being a preschool teacher can help me share that passion of learning with young children. I’ll be able to show them that they can thrive and shine in their own unique way.
