My accomplishments up to Highschool by Aysia - December 2016 Scholarship Essay

One of my greatest accomplishments that I was proud of was when I was in elementary and I got a writing certificate for having one of my best stories shared to my classmates. Writing was fun for me at the time and it wasn't as difficult. I was proud at the time because I thought they realized that I was really good at writing.

Another accomplishment that I was proud of was in high school as a freshman. I was playing tennis and went to all the practices and tournaments they had for the season. After the year was over, my coaches gave me a certificate for participation. I didn't have much training when I first started playing tennis, but my coaches admired my speed and my fast reflexes, so they assigned me with my partner. We won games in the tournaments and were proud when the coaches complimented on our game.

My last accomplishment that I am extremely proud of is I passed my STAAR test. I'm not very good in math. It was extremely difficult for me since I have A.D.D. and the fact that we had learned about things I've never thought about before. When I got my test scores back, I was proud of myself. It was my very first high school Texas assessment test that I passed. Now that I have accomplished this and have passed, I am not as nervous as I take other exams in high school.
