Growing up, individuals start to realize what intrigues them. Ranging from playing football until they become the quarterback, to skateboarding outside learning how to do a trick, and even dancing around in their room listening to Beyoncé. These kind of hobbies, help contribute into the line of work people want to go into as they grow older. Examples, would be going into the NFL, becoming a professional skateboarder, and maybe one day going on tour with Beyoncé herself. However, in some cases these things are hard to do, although not impossible, but still tough to accomplish. That's why there are coaches for schools, skateboarding on the weekends, and teaching young kids how to dance. Which brings me, to none other than myself, my hobby.
One of my many passions is to write, and to write creatively with desire. Ever since I was in junior high, I've always written stories. Now I can tell you now, that as the last digit of the year slowly changed, so did my writing skills. My idea of a story, was never bad, but the way it sounded was terrible. So, I decided to increase my knowledge on corrective writing, and after a while, I got better. Good enough, to where I can see errors in other people's writing. In which, I felt the need to help them. To show them, that their writing could use a bit of work, and when it does, it'll look beautifully.
I've considered the job of becoming an author, and try to when I'm older to get published. However, there is no time limit on writing, and so what else could I do? Then, an idea struck. Why not consider being a college professor for English? I loved to help people in their writing, and reading other people's stories, is such an amazing thing to do thing. Like, it shows the way someone thinks, and what they can create.
In conclusion, people's hobbies inspires them for what they want to do in life. For me, since it's storytelling, I could see myself shooting for the stars one day, and the other helping a student fixing their grammar errors in class.
