Becoming a leader is based on different aspects that bring together a variety of essential qualities that allow the person in the role to guide their team towards a common goal. The pillars of leadership include honesty, leadership, and discipline. These qualities are crucial for generating trust, inspiring colleagues, efficiently managing resources, and overcoming obstacles, generating a positive impact on the leader's environment.
From my family, I have learned a valuable lesson about the importance of community and mutual support. This learning has sparked in me a strong desire to help others, both through voluntary service and in my daily life. My mother often repeats the phrase "putting oneself in the shoes of others," and she has provided significant life lessons when I have put this principle into practice. Therefore, I consider volunteering essential, no matter whom we are helping. We should always express empathy and connection with the people we serve.
Since my childhood, I have witnessed my father's tireless efforts as an independent entrepreneur. His dedication and passion for the business world are endless sources of inspiration for me. He has always instilled in me the importance of looking beyond obstacles, not fearing risks, and facing challenges with unwavering determination. The way he overcomes adversity with tenacity motivates me to take on even greater challenges and set ambitious goals, working tirelessly to achieve them.
