I would describe the importance of continuing learning to a second grade student by becoming them or remembering when I was them. First and forth most having confidences in yourself, something that I did not have, so I would begin there.

Having confidences in yourself; like our superheroes. Batman has been my superhero for years. I read the comic books and still play the video games from Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. One thing that he always says is “with great power come great responsibility".

I learned from him that in order to become what you want, you must believe in yourself. Since you are already great, continuing school and learning only makes you greater. It is important for us to be responsible for our learning. Know that the power comes from the learning and to have it we must develop it.

I know that sometimes it might be hard or seem challenging. Never give up, just reach out to a friend or teacher if you are having challenges because we all do. Never feel embarrassed or that you are not smart. You only feel this way because it is new to you. When you continue to fight for your education as Batman fought for the people of Gotham City, you would feel a sense of accomplishment.

When you continue to learn you will be provided with the power to do great things in the future. Never listen to anyone who says you are not great, listen to your superhero and to yourself. Never give up on learning and becoming greater.
