College, it is the pinnacle of education. The monument of years and years of learning and hard work. Success is different, it is a long time cumulation of work and service in one’s lifetime. In order to have better success in life a present opportunity would be to go to college. College increases the chance of success due to the fact that education leads to work.
When one goes to college success is not guaranteed. It is something that is earned, through work and service. To me, success in college is a victory in life. Something that should be mounted on the wall or for a little kid on the fridge. Success in college means that I am set for life. I will be able to secure a career in whatever job area that is supported by my degree. When one goes to college one is secure for life.
Success is a combination of work and service. Work is being defined by achievements for oneself, while service is achievements done for someone else. Success in college is one part volunteering to improve the environment and the other part is studying for oneself to get the grade that they have earned.
College, to me it means that I will be able to provide for myself and anyone else that I choose to, if I am successful.
