Where do I see myself in 10 years? I can speculate but I do not know for certain. My future is completely unwritten. Life is so unpredictable that I could end up being far from what I think of today.

Right now, I’m studying Healthcare Leadership at Concordia College and I absolutely love it. In 10 years, I see myself working in a hospital. As an administrator in a hospital, I would be ensuring that patients have access to the assistance they need. Although I would not be directly providing medical help, I would provide physicians with the necessary resources to help others. I will make a difference in lives of others by strengthening the healthcare system I am involved in.

How will my education get me to where I want to be? My education will be the one of the most important assets to my career. My classes will help me develop all the skills I will need to be a leader in the healthcare industry. In college I will work on my leadership, management, and moral skills that will help me be successful in healthcare. The well-rounded liberal arts education at Concordia will help me be an open-minded individual.

In the future, I see myself as a healthcare administrator in a hospital. This seems like an advancing and intriguing field, and my education will develop the skills I will need for that job. Although the future is unknown, I hope I will end up in the healthcare industry so that I can help others be safe and healthy.
