Prompt: If you were a college professor, what class would you teach and why?

Psychology Professors of Tomorrow

To teach is to give the power of knowledge. If I was a college professor I would teach Psychology, it is such an interesting class. The mind is something so complicated to grasp. This class is open ended class because you can only teach as much as we know to this day. Science is constantly changing and finding new ways the mind works and how our bodied react.
I believe to be a college professor you need a different way to approach your subject, a way that makes young, and wandering minds focus in on what you are teaching. I feel I would make a good psychology professor because I am still young, I know the best methods to keep students engaged in learning. Such as assignments that require considering new information or studies not the same old things the book says. Also, not just research papers, rather case studies that the students must solve.
Psychology is still gaining information as technology and science improve, professors must constantly be re-learning their own subject. I personally enjoy gaining new knowledge about subjects that I am interested in, therefor if I became a professor I would work alongside my students to ensure we, as a class, were getting the latest knowledge in psychology.
I might not be studying to be a teacher but if I was I would become a psychology professor. Teaching is such a rewarding job and I would love to be part of filling growing minds with the knowledge of tomorrow.
