All my life, I have had a love for baking and cooking. Now that love has changed into my future career goal. It is extremely difficult though to try to follow this passion when there are already so many talented chefs out there. Though, on the upside, I believe that within ten years I will be inside a high quality kitchen cooking with passion.
In ten years for now, I really want to work at a high star restaurant or bakery. It is my dream to become a cake artist, but first I need to work as a baker or pastry chef. I can imagine waking up at four in the morning every morning, just to get ready for work. I can feel the smile that would be on my face every day when I put that chef’s coat right before I walk into the kitchen I has always dream about. I know that I will overall be a happier person if I just get to work in the bakery or kitchen of my dreams. This can never happen, though, if I never get the education for it.
I am in need for a good education to achieve my dream. I currently go to a culinary school before I go to my high school, but just that won’t be enough. I have to go to a high end culinary college to get enough education just to get a basic job at a high end restaurant. Now for the job that I want, I must get at least an degree in baking and pastry, but that will take a few years to get, and way too much money. Without this education I will never be able to follow through my dream, and without completing my dream, my life will not be complete. I need this education so I can become the next cake artist master.
