Strategy for succes on a school project by Alfonso - December 2017 Scholarship Essay

A school project can be really stressful and overload your brain. Many students just want to finish as fast as they can so they can get it in before the deadline; the majority of students have this problem just setting themselves for a shoddy project. There are also many projects that are too factual, they do get a passing grade but that person also makes his audience bored to death. To make a successful project one must have a team, research and put into action.

A team can make a project less stressful. Dividing the work among your peers will take off a heavy load of pressure but choose partners who will be on top of it and won’t procrastinate. Since now you have more brains and manpower everyone can focus on making the project creative and interesting. That way you can focus on the project itself and not how much time you have left until it’s due, this will set you up for a prodigious project.

When the team is together, researching your project and collecting data will make your work complete. Having a plan will make your team prepared and will make the team sound well-educated and smart. The person who assigned your project will see that you put in work and will be happy that your an expert in your project. If your able to talk about how it works, how it can be fixed, what it is or the goal of the project you will be on track for a successful project.

If it is a project that you can apply to impact or change something it will be a good idea if you actually put it into action. For example, if your project was Graffiti and you did your research you will know that there are not many effective ways to decrease graffiti and the graffiti task force aren't really good painters so going above and beyond and getting your hand dirty will make the project stand out for all others. Not only that but the experience you'll get will be priceless; having fun with your team and making the community happy along with it nothing more can be asked of a project.

If you put these three into action the person who assigned the project will be content with the successful project you created. Along the way, you created new friends, new experiences and learned something without even stressing. Now you can move on happily to your new project.
