Considering the Nobel prize is one of the highest awards to offer, there are a lot of qualities that come into play before choosing on who is worthy of the Nobel prize. Being humble and open minded is a few traits one should have before deciding if he or she should receive a Nobel prize. There are thousands of different cultures and races that make this country what it is today. That being said, it's imperative that one be open minded to such cultures and religions and respect them all in each and every way possible. It's also important at the award winner realizes what responsibility comes along with accepting the award as thousands of children may look up to him or her as an important figure in the adolescents life.
Being humble is one who portrays a modest of one's own importance, this also means that the recipient is self-effacing as being full of oneself is not the best trait to have at times. One who is humble puts other people before him/herself. Studies show that people who are humble also tend to provide excellence in leadership. With the being said, one who is in recognition of being rewarded the Nobel prize should be humble and open minded.
