Motivation

Motivation is the key that will keep me on track and laser focused in 2016 as a student. Every day when I wake up, I not only think about how passionate I am about getting my degree in film and television. My sole purpose in getting this degree is to create stories on our networks that will heal our community, especially or youth and ultimately our world.
I have a mental vision board which keeps me focused. When I open my eyes in the morning the vision remains the same. My motivation keeps me happy and willing to take on any challenge that comes with achieving my college education. I also know that, I am solely responsible for how well I do in college and I’m my biggest cheer leader. My mother always taught me that if no one believes in you, you have to believe in yourself. So, I took her advice and ran with it. My parents, siblings and husband are all deceased and I have raised my one son. So, it is my time to go after my dream of getting my degree and to write healing television shows and films that will speak to our society.
And ultimately be a huge asset to our world in the form of pouring motivation into others through my stories. So, I will stand strong on my journey through college and lean on my motivation throughout 2016 as a student.
