From being a toddler to now an adolescent, my careers have passed throughout my head! I think now it is time to tell everyone what I wanna succeed to and my legacy to be. I wanna take a safe choice, but I love the thrill, I know I have talent. As I did always, as a child put on shows, and was named a "Mini Beyonce" as I once learned the whole choreography of Single Ladies! I think the world deserves to see one emerge from the shadows.
Ten years from now I see myself, on Broadway. To hear the screams and applause of everyone being so proud of me, to breathe in the air of the Broadhurst Theatre, I see myself living out my big dreams of the city life I crave. The one I would have worked so hard to achieve because I deserve it. I can see my name now, Ajaila Joseph, in a playbill. In those ten years of hard work, it would've been most important to me to see myself live up to what everyone doubted I could be. The best way to prove everyone wrong is to do exactly what I said I would do, I will be on Broadway!
There’s absolutely no way I could’ve got there without the help of education. As I come to finish my last year of high school, I have gone through many courses of all advanced placement classes. These classes have taught me one thing in common. While it might be hard now, the payoff, in the end, will have the best outcome! I believe that the courses I have taken throughout high school, like AP Physics will have me very successful in college. As I have learned that perseverance will shine through and that I can do anything I put my mind to!
