With the costs of finance, time, effort, and work, getting a higher education may seem to decrease its benefits. College is hard. None deny the fact. Even though college is expensive in all ways, it becomes essential when the future is at hand. To accelerate the future in all aspects, professions, craftsmanship, skillsets, thought works, and knowledge, a future in education becomes necessary. Transformation and growth as a whole may only occur with higher education, because colleges pinpoint the focus on an individual’s specific area of study or practice. A doctor studies and practices the functions of the body and specializes in specific areas of it. The businessmen focus on economic growth, production of a product, and large cooperations of workforces. Psychologists devote their livelihood to understanding the human brain to better research, mental health, medicine, and neurological sciences. Each field of study promotes various aspects to contribute to the community, nation, and world.
I am going into the Human Resource Management department in my higher education to reform the business world in integrity, unity, and efficiency. In my HR studies, I strive to learn the language of the business world in expertise and experience. To be hidden in the frontlines of the business world is to study and experience it through college and cooperations. Business Administration leads me to the general overviews of business; and human resources set me up for success in conflict resolutions, people management, and mediation. With my college degree, I will learn how to love those in the business world in their various roles and jobs with respect to everyone. Because the current world of business highly revolves in hidden scams, greed, leadership failure, and other moral errors, my main goal for human resources is to reform the thought life of all business employees and employers: it is for the people. I want to live by example that the best profits come from honest work. The most respectable corporations focus on the genuine benefit of the customers with the corporations second in priority. Integrity is the leading quality of lasting profit businesses; integrity starts in everyone in every area of the business. I want to use human resources to transform the workplaces to center the focus back to the people through reforming the mindsets. Business degrees may become expensive in finance, time, and effort; however, the benefits outweigh the cost. In doing so, it sets me up for success in my personal career and lifestyle, allowing me to contribute to the entire world. With every step to success, it transforms the ones around me.
