Hi, I'm Sara! I am the owner of a mental health counseling center and I provide teletherapy for clients ages 6+. I am also a full-time writer, and I've been in media arts for two decades. I have tutored private clients as well as through Sylvan Learning Center. I have also taught in the children's ministry at my church and was an English Language tutor for an ESL student while at MSU. I am a mother of four and love to work with kids, helping them reach their fullest potential. I also enjoy working with adult learners and feel confident sharing my knowledge of the mental health field and media arts to anyone!

When I'm not writing or counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially tending to my six gardens! I have also been a guest speaker on several mental health podcasts and love reading all that I can to best help others. I enjoy cooking, which I feel is both creative and therapeutic, running and, of course, relaxing!
