About Me
I firmly believe in educational equity and love being able to assist students in furthering their knowledge of troubled subjects/areas. I have tutored in many subjects ranging from Calculus to Essay Editing to SHSAT prep, but my personal favorite is tutoring Chemistry. It is my favorite subject to learn, so helping others understand it allows me to solidify my own knowledge of it. My approach to tutoring anything, especially the harder subjects, is to always use relatable examples or metaphors to strike a connection in a student's mind. The more relatable a hard concept feels, the better it can be understood. Outside of tutoring, I love going on hikes, running, playing guitar, reading books, and painting.
