I have a BA in Political Science from Kent State University and an MBA, obtained online from Aspen University. I have a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I am a Business Analyst with over ten years of experience in the private and the public sector. The core expertise centers on collecting, extracting and analyzing data and utilizing Lean Methodologies to root out inefficiencies and optimizing standardized workflows and business processes. I specialize in transforming concepts into state-of-the-art realities which produce calculable improvements in profitability, training, performance, and business potential. I believe in documenting all business processes and in the methodology of continuous improvement. I also believe that there are opportunities for improvement at every level and therefore, process re-engineering is always a viable option in closing the margin of error. The best methodology in optimizing efficiencies within business workflows is Six Sigma. Using Six Sigma Methodology, a business can strategize its plan of action and drive revenue increase, cost reduction and process improvements in all parts of the organization.

I enjoy the company of my family and participating in the activities of my two sons’ ages 14 and 10 respectively. I also enjoy watching the NFL and NBA. In retrospect, I also enjoy quite relaxing evenings my wife and children.
