I am available for tutoring online or anywhere in the Houston area. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and a minor in Spanish. In my undergraduate degree, I took extensive nutrition and science courses (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, organic chemistry). I also have strong writing skills and am beneficial with proofreading and editing. I am a registered dietitian and have been working in a hospital setting for 8 years. I can assist with any nutrition classes, passing the registered dietitian (RD) exam, and the certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) exam. I have extensive experience in the critical care setting, managing tube feeding and TPN (IV nutrition) as well as evaluating labs/meds. I am also well versed in medical terminology. I am currently obtaining by dual master's in business and health administration (MBA/MHA) from University of Houston Clear Lake. I studied abroad in Spain and took extensive Spanish classes in high school and college. I have a strong passion for the Spanish language and culture, and enjoy teaching others who are learning the Spanish language. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, especially learning about other countries, painting, and soccer.

I am extremely passionate about nutrition and enhancing potential dietitians and those interested in learning more about the field in nutrition. I love to paint and do other arts and crafts. I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, and swimming.
