One of the biggest skills I try to teach my students is to ask questions. The ability to voice where you need help and ask questions to get the answers you need is a valuable life skill. I have experience teaching 1st, and 5th-8th grade math in a variety of districts around Texas. I have most recently been teaching 7th and 8th Grade math at a virtual school. I have my Bachelors in Education from Midwestern State University and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from UT Arlington. My passion is teaching math. I know that this is an area many students struggle with. It is always my goal to not only help grow students understanding of math, but also to help them grow to love the subject. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting and learning how to do new things.
