My first job was working as a tutor/mentor at the age of 16. I tutored middle school kids in all subjects but especially math. The best part of tutoring is seeing it "click for the student". I thoroughly take pleasure in teaching my favorite subject. My teaching style is serious but fun. I have a lot of patience so if there is one part of problem that a student is stuck on I can work with the student until they understand it. Math can be confusing until you learn how to speak the language of math and that is what I am here for. To help students learn the language of MATH!
