I've previously worked with students from elementary to high school age on subjects in math, writing, and science. I also have teaching experience in speech-related coursework, music theory, and percussion and drum set performance. I like to think that my family and friends see me as enthusiastic and ambitious, and I want to bring out these qualities in each student that I have the privilege of working with. I believe that learning is one of the most enjoyable aspects of life, and my teaching philosophy builds strongly on the idea that an exciting learning environment must be carefully tailored to the individual. Thus, I am more than willing to do what it takes to make the learning experience exciting. In my free time, I like to learn about jazz music and stay in shape by playing sports, going for a jog, or attending group fitness classes. I really look forward to working with you soon!
