I also have a secondary math teaching credential from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Arts in Teaching from National University. I have taught many levels of secondary math including 8th grade math, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. I have tutored these subjects as well as trigonometry, precalculus, and calculus. I love tutoring any subject in math, but Algebra II is my favorite because it was during this class in high school that I realized I loved math and wanted to major in it and teach it one day. I want to help students find the fun in math like I did in high school. I believe that all students are capable not only of learning math, but excelling in it. Because I get to know my students and their interests, they are very receptive to learning from me. Outside of math, I enjoying going for runs, going to ballet class, and spending time with my almost 2 year old daughter.

I love fitness, food, good books, and funny TV. In my free time I hang out with my family and my dog.
