Hello! I recently graduated this past May from Stetson University down in DeLand, FL with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Administration, along with a minor in Music. I grew up in Winter Springs, FL, and graduated from Winter Springs High School as the Valedictorian of my class in 2011. I have been tutoring math since my sophomore year of high school, and during my time at Stetson University, I worked as a student tutor for the Mathematics Department for three years, tutoring calculus, probability, statistics, and finite mathematics. I love numbers, and want you to as well! Beyond my background in math, I have several other interests as well. I have been a musician since the sixth grade when I first started playing the tuba. I have a passion for volunteering and nonprofit organizations, and have spent much time with one nonprofit in particular, Habitat for Humanity, both in the office setting and on build sites as well. I enjoy biking and running, as well as spending time in the mountains. My friends would describe me as friendly and goofy, as I never give up the opportunity to reference random Youtube videos in every day conversations, and revel in making others laugh. I love tutoring, and enjoy helping students accomplish their goals. I am now attending Duke University to pursue a Master of Public Policy, a track studying the quantitative analysis behind policy decisions. I will focus on social policy and international development.
